Let me tell you a little something about me.
I am a Mum and a part time freelance personal trainer.
I studied at Harlow College for an advanced sport recreation qualification, subsequently I then obtained my fitness qualifications.
I have been in the fitness industry for the past 12 years, doing a range of different jobs, a gym instructer, class instructer, personal trainer, fitness manager, studio manager and a freelance personal trainer.
I've had the opportunity to train professional footballers & local rugby players around Hertfordshire which was great experience for me.
For personal training I have clients in Hertfordshire, Essex and London and I am now looking to expand my client base due to my love of fitness & seeing how committed my clients are & helping them to achieve there Goals.

All sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. All 10 blocks must be used within 3 months of purchase unless a doctor’s note is provided. 10 block renewals must be paid 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends) of initial session of the next 10 block.
